Local tax
The local tax of €2.80 per person per night is not included in the price shown and must be paid on site. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Children
Children up to the age of 1 do not count as guests and can sleep in our baby cot.
Children aged 1 to 12 stay free of charge. They require a bed, but do not need to be specified when making the final booking.
Please inform us of the number and ages of the children.
Cancellation policy
Reservations become binding upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total price.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival; we will refund any deposit already paid in full within 7 working days.
Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival (including the day of arrival) or no-show: 50% of the total price; the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Remaining payment upon check-in.
Payment methods
50% deposit upon booking (PayPal, credit card).
50% balance upon arrival (PayPal, credit card, cash, or bank transfer).
An invoice can be issued upon request.
