Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking and accommodation in the holiday apartments of Le rose di Marianne in Vahrn, Italy. Deviating conditions apply only if confirmed in writing.
2. Booking and conclusion of contract
By submitting an online booking/request and receiving our booking confirmation, an accommodation contract is concluded.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are dynamic and displayed as a total price during the booking process.
The local tourist tax of the Municipality of Vahrn is charged separately and payable upon arrival.
4. Payment, deposit and balance
Deposit: 50% of the total price.
Balance: payable at check-in.
Payment methods: PayPal, credit card, cash, bank transfer.
5. Cancellation and no-show
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (11:59 p.m., local time). Any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 50% of the total price will be charged; the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Early departure / shortened stay: unused nights will be charged at 100%.
6. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m. Deviations subject to prior agreement.
7. House rules and use
The apartments are non-smoking accommodations.
Pets: allowed on request.
Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Any damage must be reported immediately; guests are liable for damage they cause.
8. Occupancy and children
Maximum occupancy as stated in the apartment description.
Children aged 1–12 stay free of charge.
Baby cot available on request and subject to availability.
9. Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
No liability is accepted for loss or damage to valuables; guests are advised to use any available security facilities.
10. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural events, official orders), both parties may withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded, less any services already provided.
11. Data protection

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Italian law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Bolzano/Bozen or the statutory place of jurisdiction.
13. Severability clause
If individual provisions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
